Included with your Suboxone appointment at Nashville Recovery:
- Your doctor's visit written prescriptions
- Up to 4 private therapy visits
- Prior authorizations filed with your insurance company
- Itemized appointment receipt for insurance reimbursement
- Two weeks of free anti-withdrawal medication (same as Suboxone) available to most patients at their first visit*
*Zubsolv medication (similar to Suboxone) is available to new patients who have not been prescribed Zubsolv previously, are not pregnant, do not have highly-elevated liver enzymes, and/or HEP-C. Zubsolv contains the same two ingredients as Suboxone; buprenorphine & naloxone. Other restrictions may apply. While supplies last. See doctor for details.
