Thank you for submitting a refill request to Nashville Recovery. Your payment has been processed.

IMPORTANT:

There is no need to call or text the clinic – Our staff has already been notified of your refill.
You will receive an SMS text or a phone call after your refill has been sent to your pharmacy.
Refills are processed in the order they are received during normal business hours:
Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm
Saturday 9am to 12 noon.
Refills processed outside of normal business hours will be processed early the next business day.
If your pharmacy claims your prescription has not been received, please ask them to check their prescriber voicemail.

REFILL DATES / EARLY REFILLS

Pharmacies will not fill medications before they are due. Refill dates are based on the date you last picked up your medication along with the quantity received. The date on the bottle may not be accurate.
