Please read below to see if you qualify for Suboxone therapy via telemedicine:
- I would prefer my first appointment be telemedicine (instead of a clinic visit)
- My current mental and/or physical health is not conducive to travel
- After my telemedicine visit today, I am willing and able to make regular clinic visits for drug screens, doctor and therapy sessions
- I am ready to start Suboxone therapy as soon as possible
